Oppenheim Plastics is proud to offer a wide array of Foam Inserts for all of our boxes. The Foam Inserts can be die cut to protect your products and display them optimally. You can submit drawings for a quote on the cost of foam inserts.

Pink Static dissipative foam utilizes an an internal additive which works it’s way to the surface of the foam. The additive at the surface serves a dual function creating an anti-static layer which repels dust while dissipating stray electrostatic charges which can destroy electronic components.The additive is resistant to washing and the foam will retain it’s dissipative qualities throughout the foam’s normal lifetime.

For cushioning material to protect your static sensitive electronic components from vibration or physical shocks during handling and storage we recommend low density polyurethane conductive foam. Low density polyurethane is non-corrosive, has an indefinite shelf life and is solvent resistant.
